Since this is my website, you'll probably know a little bit about me. Donna is my twin sister and we both have
been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I specialize in
Z-Box and Zumba Fitness, but am able to teach other areas of
fitness/aerobics. I have a passion for yoga, but rather be part
of the class rather than teach it.
I am an artist, web designer, videographer, photographer, and I help
run our family clinic. I am the producer and editor of
our local (award winning) cable show, Fitness Motivators. We have been
on air for over 15 years now!
This site allows me to
showcase some of my favorite
artwork/photos and give information on
the classes that we, Fitness
Motivators offer.
I am the type of person that likes to
get the word out about health and
fitness too, because safety is my #1 concern.
I plan to give up a few of my certifications and concentrate only on
presenting our Z-Box®
program to other Instructors around the USA and teach Z-Box®
and Zumba®.
